You may return an item within 10 days after you've received it for credit to be used in my shop. I do not offer refunds at this time. The item must be shipped back to me at your cost, including insurance if it was sent to you with insurance. Contact me first, and we can discuss the return and credit.
If you have any problems with your jewelry that are caused by a craftsmanship error, I will gladly make any necessary repairs at no cost to you.
All items are shipped in a small flat rate USPS priority box, and insured.
If you need speedier shipping, let me know. You will pay whatever the postal service charges.
